Christmas Plans
|
I'll be taking my wife (No link)to London for the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, coming from the States.
Planning on seeing all the major sites, but there's not much open on the 25th and the 26th. You lot have any tips on how to spend those days?
I'll also be in the market for two tickets to the Southampton match if the box office sells out.
See you all at the ground in a couple months. This will be my first match and I am overchuffed.

Was gonna say that too Nurse, but no link to the wife, so maybe several laps of Hyde Park on Christmas Day and Villa away on the window lickers coach the next

Christmas Day, most things will be shut. But have a stroll around, head to Edgware Road, where there could be a few things open. Depending on where you are staying that is

I once stayed at the ritz for those two days and spent the time not eating and drinking wandering around the West end. It was quiet, so unusual and really enjoyable. Its rare you get a chance to do that. You can have sex any time with or without your wife.

Have you booked a room yet ? If not book in at 196 bishopsgate, you get a serviced apartment with Kitchen etc. You can then cook a Christmas dinner etc and sit in front of the fire. Also handy as it opposite Liverpool st station.
Was my second home for a few months

Finsbury Park Mosque is a great day out and should be open as normal. Take along some crackers, they will love the bangs and jokes, but make sure they are Shariah compliant.

My first visit with Mrs ted to Australia to see our new Grandson and of course my daughter and her other half. A weeks holiday up the Gold coast so really looking forward to it. Anyone got any clout with Emirates that could get us an upgrade would be much appreciated.
